Marcgravia Umbellata

Marcgravia umbellata
A tropical vine that produces two distinct leaf forms as it matures. The transformation from juvenile flat-climbing leaves to adult expanded leaves is one of the most visually dramatic in the hobby.

Placement

How to place it

Provide a vertical climbing surface — cork tile, wood, or mesh. The juvenile flat form is not poor growth. Keep in high humidity at all times. Cuttings root readily in sphagnum.
